All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website or through our store’s order tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
As an international shipper, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT levied by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order. We are unable to predict or be held responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by your country.

7. Shipping Restrictions

8. Lost, Stolen or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:
• Check with neighbours or building management for the package.

For packages confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or full refund. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
