        The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

        Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

        Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

        Items returned after the 7-day return window.

        Gift cards and store credits.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

        Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover the full cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.

        Change of mind or buyer’s remorse: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
